### Branding and Design Standards for The White Web

**Last Updated**: March 17, 2025\
**Prepared by**: TRU3 Solutions and Audax Nitor Inc.\
**Version**: 1.2\

***

#### 1. Core Brand Identity

*The White Web* is a pioneering decentralized trust standard, originating in Canada through a collaboration between TRU3 Solutions and Audax Nitor Inc. It addresses the escalating global trust crisis—marked by 1,804 data breaches in 2023 and $8.8 billion in U.S. fraud (Identity Theft Resource Center, 2023; FTC, 2023)—with the innovative TRU3 Protocol, featuring Proof-of-Truth (PoT) and post-quantum encryption (PQE). The X2X model enables universal connectivity, empowering secure interactions across businesses, governments, and individuals. The brand embodies trust, innovation, and global cooperation, with a Pre-Alpha launch scheduled for July 1, 2025, engaging 100 pioneers in Canada and the USA.

* **Mission**: To restore and redefine digital trust by decentralizing control, validating truth, and securing data against quantum threats.
* **Vision**: To establish *The White Web* as the global trust standard by 2030, fostering inclusive and resilient digital ecosystems worldwide.
* **Tone**: Professional, forward-thinking, and community-centric, emphasizing empowerment, collaboration, and technological advancement.

#### 2. Visual Identity

**2.1 Logo**

* **Primary Logo**: The "WW" logo, designed in Inter Bold, symbolizes *The White Web*’s initials. The SVG must include padding around the shape to prevent cutoff during animations and should feature a black fill (#000000) to allow the metallic effect to shine through.
* **Color and Animation**: The "WW" logo uses a chrome liquid effect with a gradient from #C0C0C0 (silver) to #E6E6E6 (light silver), animated via the MetallicPaint component (params: edge: 2, patternBlur: 0.005, patternScale: 2, refraction: 0.015, speed: 0.3, liquid: 0.07). This animation applies exclusively to the logo in the header and footer of thewhiteweb.com.
* **Usage**: The logo must be prominently displayed in the header (top-left or centered) and footer (centered) of all digital assets. It must not be recolored, resized disproportionately, or altered in any way that distorts its form.

**2.2 Color Palette**

* **Primary Background**: Black (#000000) – the foundational color for all platforms, providing a sleek, modern aesthetic.
* **Headings and Accents**: Trust-blue (#00CED1) – used for headings, section titles, and key accents to signify trust and clarity.
* **CTAs and Highlights**: Gold (#FFD700) – used for call-to-action buttons (e.g., "Join Pre-Alpha," "Learn More") and links to denote value and action. Lighter gold (#FFDF80) is used for subtle highlights (e.g., underlines, hover effects) to enhance interactivity.
* **Chrome Liquid Accents**: Gradient from #C0C0C0 to #E6E6E6 – reserved exclusively for the "WW" logo animation, creating a metallic, dynamic effect.
* **Text**: White (#FFFFFF) – used for body text and captions to ensure maximum readability against the black background.
* **Contrast Check**: All colors meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios (e.g., white text on black: 21:1, gold #FFD700 on black: 4.5:1).

**2.3 Typography**

* **Primary Font**: Inter
  * **Headings**: Inter Bold – applied to all headings (H1: 24px, H2: 20px, H3: 18px), section titles, and emphasized text (e.g., "The White Web" in introductions).
  * **Body Text**: Inter Regular – used for body content (16px), captions, and descriptions.
  * **Links/Captions**: Inter Regular – used for links and footnotes (14px).
* **Line Spacing**: 1.5x for body text, 1.2x for headings to ensure readability and aesthetic balance.
* **Usage**: Inter must be the default font across thewhiteweb.com, GitBook, social media graphics, and all marketing materials. Fallback fonts (e.g., Arial, Helvetica) are permitted only if Inter fails to load.

**2.4 Background and Visual Effects**

* **Background**: A solid black background (#000000) is mandatory for all pages. A subtle swirling liquid background effect, blending trust-blue (#00CED1) and gold (#FFD700) tones, may be used across sections (e.g., thewhiteweb.com homepage) to add depth, ensuring it does not overshadow content.
* **Borders**: Use gold (#FFD700) for decorative elements, such as the footer’s border-top (1px solid #FFD700) on thewhiteweb.com.
* **Animations**: Limit animations to the "WW" logo’s chrome effect. Avoid excessive motion to maintain accessibility (e.g., provide an option to disable animations for users with motion sensitivities).
