# 10. Resources and Contact

### 10. Resources and Support: Tools to Stay Connected and Engaged

As we get ready for the **Pre-Alpha launch on July 1, 2025**, we want to make sure you have everything you need to engage with The White Web, whether you’re a pioneer testing the platform, a developer exploring its potential, or a supporter cheering us on. We’re building a set of resources and support options to help you stay informed and involved, and we’ll keep adding to them as the platform grows through **Alpha**, **Beta**, and beyond. This isn’t a polished, all-in-one solution yet—it’s a starting point, and we’re committed to making it as useful as possible with your input. A great place to begin is our Linktree at <https://linktr.ee/thewhiteweb>, which pulls together all the key links in one spot, so you can easily find what you need.

The main hub for information will be our website, [thewhiteweb.org](https://thewhiteweb.org), where we’ll share updates and guides as the project moves forward. Right now, you can visit the site to sign up for the Early Phase, but after the launch, we’ll start adding more content—like general guides on how to use the platform, written for both tech-savvy users and those who are less technical. For developers, we’ll eventually provide documentation on how to build on the system, including APIs for integrating with features like the X2X model, but we’re focusing on a smooth start for the Pre-Alpha, so those details will come a bit later. These guides will include practical steps, like how to verify a partner’s credentials using Proof-of-Truth (PoT) with 99.9% accuracy, to help you make the most of the platform, whether you’re testing features or exploring new ideas. You can find a direct link to the website on our Linktree, making it easy to check in whenever you need.

To keep you updated on what’s happening, we’ve set up a few ways to stay connected. You can follow our Twitter account, [@TheWhiteWebOrg](https://twitter.com/TheWhiteWebOrg), where we’ll post regular updates about the project—think announcements like the release of the Early Phase guide, or news about what’s coming in Q1 2026 for Alpha. It’s a simple way to stay in the loop without having to dig for information, and our Linktree has the link to Twitter so you can find us quickly. We’re also working on launching a Discord server closer to July 1, which will be a place for you to chat with other users and the team in real time. You might share feedback on a feature, like how the platform handles 10,000 transactions per second, or brainstorm ideas with others in the community—we’ll share the Discord link via the Linktree and Twitter when it’s ready, so keep an eye out.

If you need help or have questions, we’re here for you via email at <support@thewhiteweb.org>. Whether you’re wondering about the Early Phase, need assistance with something on the platform, or just want to share an idea—like a new use case for secure voting—you can reach out, and we’ll do our best to get back to you quickly. The Linktree has a direct link to this email, so you can always find it when you need it. This support will be especially helpful during the Pre-Alpha, where your feedback on things like the user interface or feature performance will help us improve as we go. We’re not perfect, but we’re committed to being there for you, and we’ll keep expanding our support options as the community grows.

This section is meant to grow with the project, and we’ll update it based on what we hear from you and what you need most. Your involvement—whether you’re providing feedback, testing features, or just staying connected—will help us build a platform that works for a global audience, one step at a time. The Linktree is your go-to for all these resources, and we’re grateful to have you with us as we work toward a future where digital trust is something we can all count on. Join us at <https://linktr.ee/thewhiteweb>, and let’s make this journey together.
