# 6. Project Roadmap

{% hint style="info" %}
**Did You Know?**

Decentralized platforms that scale to 10,000+ users can see adoption rates grow by 40% faster than centralized ones, as they often meet user needs more flexibly, according to the *2024 Digital Ecosystems Report* by TechTrend Innovations.

## **A Plan for Steady Growth**

The White Web’s development follows a clear roadmap to guide us from an early concept to a global trust solution, with each phase building on the last while staying open to feedback and evolving needs. Our timeline spans several years, aiming to create a platform that can eventually support millions of users worldwide. This section outlines the key stages of our journey, focusing on what we plan to achieve and how we’ll get there, with your input playing a vital role in shaping the path forward.

### **Early Phase: Laying the Foundation**

The Early Phase, also known as the Pre-Alpha, marks the start of The White Web’s journey, where we’ll roll out the platform’s most basic features for initial testing. This stage focuses on collaboration, testing the core fundamentals in their simplest form—like the basic functionality of the Proof-of-Truth (PoT) validation to ensure data accuracy and the X2X connectivity model to enable direct connections across online, phone, or video interactions. We’re keeping it simple to make sure the foundation works well, gathering insights from early users to refine the system and ensure it meets real-world needs before adding more advanced features in later phases.

### **Mid-Term: Expanding and Enhancing**

In the Mid-Term phase, starting in Q1 2026, we’ll expand the platform to over 1,000 users, introducing more advanced features and improving accessibility. This stage will shift to live operations, allowing us to see how the platform performs on a larger scale. We’ll focus on enhancing functionality—like improving the user interface for easier navigation across online, phone, and video interactions—and addressing any challenges from the Early Phase. We’re also targeting a capacity increase to 50,000 transactions per second, ensuring the system can handle more activity as the user base grows.

### **Long-Term: Scaling Globally**

By late 2026, the Long-Term phase will scale The White Web to 10,000+ users across 100 countries, with a focus on forming partnerships and boosting efficiency. We’ll work with businesses, governments, and other organizations to integrate the platform into their operations, such as using it for secure data sharing or trade verification over web3 networks. Automation will play a bigger role, streamlining processes like validations, and we’ll aim for 100,000 transactions per second using sharding techniques. Looking ahead to 2030, our goal is to support millions of users globally, creating a reliable trust solution for interactions worldwide.

### **Your Role in the Journey**

As the platform grows through these phases, feedback from users like you will help us refine our approach, ensuring The White Web meets the needs of a diverse, global audience. This isn’t a rigid plan—we’ll adapt based on what we learn, focusing on practical improvements that make the platform better for everyone, whether they’re connecting online, over the phone, or through video chats. We’re committed to building a tool that works for real-world needs, step by step.
