# 1. Introduction to The White Web

## What Is The White Web?

The White Web is a decentralized platform designed to help rebuild trust in real-life interactions, supporting connections across online spaces, phone calls, video chats, web3 environments, and beyond. Initiated by TRU3 Solutions and Audax Nitor Inc., a Canada-based team with experience in decentralized systems, this project aims to give users more control over how they connect, whether they’re sharing information digitally, collaborating over a video call, or engaging in web3 ecosystems. By distributing responsibility across its users instead of relying on centralized authorities, The White Web creates a system where interactions can be more secure and transparent. We’re starting with a focus on North America, but our hope is to grow into a global solution that works for everyone, from individuals to businesses and governments.

### Why We’re Building This

Trust is essential for any meaningful connection, but it’s increasingly hard to feel confident when interacting across different platforms and mediums. Whether you’re a small business owner confirming a supplier’s reliability over a phone call, an individual sharing sensitive details via video chat, or a developer working in a web3 space, the risks of miscommunication or insecurity can hold you back. The White Web is our effort to address this by offering a platform where users have more autonomy and can engage with greater confidence, no matter how they’re connecting. We’re not saying we’ve solved every problem, but we believe a decentralized approach—where control isn’t concentrated in one place—can help make interactions safer and more reliable across these diverse channels.

### The Pre-Alpha Launch and Beyond

We’re starting this effort with our **Pre-Alpha launch on July 1, 2025**, inviting 100 pioneers to test the platform’s early features. This phase is about taking small steps and learning together, with your feedback helping us improve. From there, we plan to grow: the Alpha phase in Q1 2026 will expand to over 1,000 users, followed by the Beta phase in late 2026 with 10,000+ users across multiple countries. Our long-term goal is to reach a global audience by 2030, supporting real-life interactions worldwide, but we know that will take time and a lot of input from users like you to get it right. This documentation will evolve with each phase, updating to reflect what we learn and how the platform adapts.

### How You Can Get Involved

If you’re a business looking to make partnerships safer, a developer interested in building tools for web3 or video-based interactions, or someone who cares about trust in everyday connections, we’d love for you to join us. The Pre-Alpha phase is your chance to get in early, test what we’ve built, and share your thoughts to help shape the future. We’ll keep you updated through our website, [thewhiteweb.org](https://thewhiteweb.org), and on Twitter at [@TheWhiteWebOrg](https://twitter.com/TheWhiteWebOrg), so you’ll always know what’s next. This is a collaborative effort, and your involvement as an early adopter will play a key role in helping us create a platform that supports secure, transparent interactions across online spaces, phone calls, video chats, web3, and beyond.

#### Did You Know?

In 2023, centralized platforms saw over 1,800 data breaches worldwide, exposing millions of records—highlighting the urgent need for decentralized solutions like The White Web that prioritize user control and security across all forms of interaction.
